Last winter we bought a condo for summer living and hired George Covin to have it move-in ready when we returned. Talking on the phone a few times George listened to our requirements and he shared his design ideas. We then left the country for 3 months putting George in charge of everything. When we saw our condo in May we found it warm and inviting, as requested, but also visually stunning in its design, decor, and color. It was all and more than we had hoped for. To meet our requirements, and to keep our costs in budget, George used 34 different vendors. He took a difficult layout, changed it, and made it fit our requirements. George was also able to make our condo look and function much larger than it is. George has a great eye for color and decor and an uncanny ability to visualize and arrange a room to show it at its best. George is a very pleasant person to work with and he has given us the condo of our dreams.

Over the past three years, George has guided me through the process of updating my 1970s home. He takes into account my style and the what is the best fit for the architecture of my house as well as function--family friendly, storage needs, etc...We recently completed the kitchen and outdoor patio and it is truly a perfect space. With the help of George Covin from the House of George, our condo went from a completely empty shell to an extremely livable space that is relaxing, inviting, and warm. George handled everything for us from furniture/built-in cabinets to artwork to bedding and accessories...even procuring and hanging our big screen TV… basically everything.
He listened carefully to our likes, dislikes, and overall desires making our space look like a Sunset Magazine layout yet still being functional and livable. (A great way to wake up every morning or relax at night!) He was mindful of budget knowing where to spend and where to save. George knows how to pair the expensive with the inexpensive (according to our budget) with impressive luxurious results! He addressed our desire to have some input by proposing about three options that would mix and match seamlessly, and we would give guidance and/or feedback. And finally, George cares.
